How We Estimate the Cost of Home Cleaning

There are several factors that can increase the overall prices of a cleaning service. The number of rooms you have, and type of cleaning 

- standard, deep or vacate cleaning 

will be the most determining factors when

estimating house cleaning rates. 

Additional services outside our standard cleaning are usually optional. Fridge and oven cleaning can drive the price up by over $100. Some other determining factors for cost:

- The condition of the property
- The amount of time it takes to clean
- The number of bedrooms, or how many people live in the home.
- The number of home cleaners
- The type of cleaning supplies
- Pets that shed

Add-ons, like fridge, oven, laundry, window cleaning, wall washing, outdoor cleaning, blinds, shutters, windows and tile and grout cleaning require extra time.
