Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Our regular cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and cleaning the kitchen. We can also customize the service to fit your specific needs.

No contract is required, but please review our terms and conditions on our website.

You don’t need to be home, but you must arrange access beforehand. We suggest using a secure lockbox for your key. 

We send one cleaner for surface basic cleaning appointment.

a) Parking charges: applicable if there is no free parking available near the property.

b) Last-minute cancellation fee $50

c) Distance Fee: An additional fee may apply if the property is located far from the CBD. 

d) After-Hours Service Fee: Charges for services requested outside of regular business hours

e) Special Requests: Any unique or additional services requested that are outside of the standard package may incur extra charges.
