This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Tu Cleaning (we, us or our) via the website located at www.tucleaning.com.au (Website).
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
The kind of Personal Information that we collect from you will depend on how you use the website. The Personal Information which we collect and hold about you may include:

3. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
(a) We may collect Personal Information from you whenever you input such information into the Website, related app or provide it to Us in any other way.
(b) We may also collect cookies from your computer which enable us to tell when you use the Website and also to help customise your Website experience. As a general rule, however, it is not possible to identify you personally from our use of cookies.
(c) We generally don’t collect Sensitive Information, but when we do, we will comply with the preceding paragraph.
(d) Where reasonable and practicable we collect your Personal Information from you only. However, sometimes we may be given information from a third party, in cases like this we will take steps to make you aware of the information that was provided by a third party.
4. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION
(a) We collect Personal Information to provide you with the best service experience possible on the Website and keep in touch with you about developments in our business.
(b) We customarily only disclose Personal Information to our service providers who assist us in operating the Website. Your Personal Information may also be exposed from time to time to maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties.
(c) By using our Website, you consent to the receipt of direct marketing material. 6. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

All complaints will be considered by Tamara Kezich and we may seek further information from you to clarify your concerns. If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
7. OVERSEAS TRANSFER
Your Personal Information will not be disclosed to recipients outside Australia unless you expressly request us to do so. If you request us to transfer your Personal Information to an overseas recipient, the overseas recipient will not be required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and we will not be liable for any mishandling of your information in such circumstances.
8. GDPR
In some circumstances, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides additional protection to individuals located in Europe. The fact that you may be located in Europe does not, however, on its own entitle you to protection under the GDPR. Our website does not specifically target customers located in the European Union and we do not monitor the behaviour of individuals in the European Union, and accordingly the GDPR does not apply.

Welcome to Tu Cleaning! By booking a cleaning service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
SERVICES
- We provide professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.
- The specific services included in your scheduled cleaning will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
- Any additional requests or special instructions should be communicated to us prior to the scheduled service.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Please let us know about any extra services you require prior to booking. This will allow us to better prepare for the job and provide a more accurate estimate of the cleaning time. Please note that additional services may incur extra charges.
ESTIMATED PRICING
We can provide an estimated price based on the size of your property and your specific cleaning needs. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the exact duration of the cleaning service.
SCHEDULING
- Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Fees may apply, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
- We will make every effort to accommodate schedule changes, but cannot guarantee availability for last-minute requests.
PROPERTY ACCESS
Ensure someone is home to let the cleaner in, or leave a key in a secure location with clear instructions. We recommend a lockbox with a code. Green Magic is not responsible for lost keys left in easily accessible places, like under doormats or in meter boxes.
FURNITURE MOVEMENT POLICY
For insurance reasons, we are unable to move heavy or large furniture items such as couches, chairs, tables, or appliances to clean behind or underneath them. If you would like these areas to be cleaned, we encourage you to move any such furniture prior to or during our cleaning service. Our team will be more than happy to clean the spaces behind any furniture that has been moved.
PAYMENTS
All payments for our cleaning services are due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
LIABILITY
- We maintain liability insurance to protect our clients in the event of any damage or injury caused by our team during the cleaning service.
- Clients are responsible for securing or removing any valuables, fragile items, or pets prior to the scheduled cleaning.
- Tu Cleaning is not liable for any damage or loss of client property, unless directly caused by our negligence.
TERMINATION
- We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
- Clients may also cancel our services at any time, subject to the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

CANCELLATION NOTICE
- We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged $100.
RESCHEDULING
- You may reschedule your appointment one time at no additional charge, as long as you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- Each additional reschedule will incur a $15 rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the cancellation fees outlined above.
EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
- We understand that emergencies and severe weather can arise unexpectedly. In these cases, we will do our best to accommodate changes without penalties.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency or severe weather. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.
