No, you do not need to be present during the cleaning. We are trained to work independently and will ensure that your home is cleaned to your satisfaction.

We try our best to accommodate last-minute requests. However, availability may vary, so it's best to contact us as soon as possible. 

We understand that things come up, so we are happy to reschedule your appointment with 24 hours' notice.

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Our rates are quoted as a flat rate. We can provide an approximate time for each service.
